Shaldon is a certified hypnotherapist and graduate of the Hypnosis Motivation Institute with over 10 years of clinical practice. He runs a very successful and busy practice, blending experience, humor, intuition and logic, treating each client as a unique individual. Shaldon believes he must nurture the mind, body and spirit to live a truly full and happy life.
Along with his clinical practice in Wynberg [Cape Town], Shaldon also enjoys a very active teaching schedule, training new Hypnotherapists, running workshops and following his interast in metaphysics.
I was a Professional Ballet Dancer for nine years. I studied Ballet in London, danced in Europe, Israel and Pretoria. Through dance I realised the importance of maintaining a healthy, flexible body, it was my instrument and I needed it to be finely tuned. I was going for regular massage to prevent injury and release tight muscles. When I decided to stop dancing I was inspired to help people feel more comfortable in their bodies.So I studied Sports Massage, Therapeutic Massage and Rieki. Since then I have trained to be a Yoga teacher and specialised in Remedial Yoga. Finding that some of my clients needed extra attention, which I could not give them in the bigger classes, I started holding one on one sessions for them.
Now I have been a Massage therapist for over 12 years and really enjoy supporting people. Helping them in releasing out stress and pain so they can live fuller, happier,healthier lives.Last year I was given a Bowen Therapy treatment. I was so impressed by the results and decided to do the course myself. I am so excited by this new technique, the results have been amazing as it supports the body to unwind and heal. The body knows how to heal it just needs the time and space to do so.
Angela is a qualified life coach and
counsellor as well as a certified hypnotherapist. Her approach is gentle and holistic so that
her clients are able to become empowered in all aspects of their lives, not
just around the presenting problem.
She believes that when the spirit is willing, the solution is always available through working with the unconscious mind which is the most under-utilized and under-estimated part of our beings. Angela continues to be enthralled by how, if we don’t deal with our emotions, they always manifest physically and how, with regular attention to how we feel, and by releasing the negative blocks through hypnotherapy, we can prevent illness!
Habit release, self esteem issues, pain control and dealing with fears are some of the issues she works with on a regular basis. She loves watching people shifting into better spaces and moving forward in their new found freedom to find their true selves!
